What pricing plan is suitable for me?
Starter Plan: Ideal for new ventures, the Starter plan provides all the essential tools to get your business up and running smoothly.
Growth Plan: Designed for managing multiple travel agency sites, the Growth plan allows you to install the plugin on up to 5 sites.
Agency Plan: Perfect for web development agencies or businesses with multiple travel websites, the Agency plan includes licenses for up to 10 sites.
What is a license key and why do I need one?
A license key connects your website to our system, enabling us to send automatic updates (new features, improvements, security updates) and provide support. Only valid license key holders are eligible for these updates and support services.
Do I have to pay extra fees for support?
No, support is free for all customers. You can open a support ticket anytime. A license key in good standing is required to access support. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.
What happens when my membership expires?
License keys are subscription-based and automatically renew every year. If your membership expires, you can still use the products you’ve purchased, but you will not have access to the latest releases, security updates, feature improvements, or support. We will send you a reminder email before your renewal date.
What is your refund policy?
WP Travel Kit offers a no-risk money-back guarantee. If you decide WP Travel Kit is not for you within the first 15 days of purchase, contact our support team for a refund. We stand behind our product 100%, but understand it may not work perfectly for everyone. To request a refund, open a refund request support ticket. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
Do you offer a trial?
We do not offer a trial, but we provide a 100% no-risk guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with WP Travel Kit within 15 days of purchase, we will refund your money. There is no risk in trying it out.
Can I use WP Travel Kit products on client websites?
Yes, you can use WP Travel Kit products on client websites by purchasing the appropriate license. The Agency plan, which includes licenses for up to 10 sites, is most suitable for client websites.
Do I have to buy WP Travel Engine, Elementor Pro, or any other plugins after purchasing Travelscape Pro, or are they included in the package?
You do not need to purchase any additional plugins to use Travelscape Pro. WP Travel Engine is a free plugin, and all our theme demos and Starter Templates are built using the free version of WP Travel Engine and Elementor. These plugins are installed when you importer any of the starter template.
If you require additional features, WP Travel Engine offers premium add-ons that are compatible with the Travelscape theme and Travelscape Pro plugin.
