When submitting a support ticket, include a screenshot or video to clearly illustrate the issue. You can use the Lightshot Chrome extension for screenshots and Loom for video recordings (recommended) directly from your browser. This helps our team quickly identify and resolve your issues.
Please make sure to update WP Travel Engine and its add-ons to the latest version before sending request for support. We regularly update our themes and plugins fixing issues and adding more features. Most issues are caused when the plugins are not updated.
